TO MEET THIS NEED and to help local business owners connect with these new residents, we're assembling "goody bags" to hand out as gifts from us - and you! Inside - your coupons, samples, special offers, swag, free passes or tickets.... the choice of compelling item you'd like to add is entirely up to you - get creative! If you'd like to chat about your specific item beforehand, just email email@example.com.
COME TO THE MEET-UP to drop off your 50 items for the goody bags. Have some gnosh and refreshment. We'll meet for the first time, or have some time to catch up :) It will be fun, and in February, we all need fun :)
PS - We've done this before, and it was successful. The more the merrier :)
AND YES, YOUR PARTICIPATION IS FREE .... well, aside from whatever it costs you to provide your 50 goodie bag items :)

Blues, Brews, and Barbeque
Client Appreciation Event
A great time was had by all who were able to come to Blues, Brews and Barbeque – my Client Appreciation Event held earlier this month at “the barn” on Grove Street in Framingham. Guests were treated to a Bodacious BBQ buffet from Fireflys, beers and cider from local breweries, and live blues from the amazing Bruce Marshall. Roger Cupertino and friends created some great take-home gifts, too!
Most of you asked about the venue itself – not your average “barn", right ?!?!? This is the home of my friend Jeff Delvy. He and I met as volunteers at the Framingham History Center and he has been so gracious to allow me use of his home for my celebrations. Jeff is an architect and interior designer – check out his website and please utilize and refer to his services – JeffreyDelvy.com
If you couldn’t join me, or if, like me, you are already looking forward to my next great client appreciation event, guaranteeing your invitation is really VERY easy. There may not be a move planned on your calendar this upcoming year, but you likely have friends, family, colleagues, and other acquaintances who are pondering a new home. Help me connect with those folks, so that I can put my 35 years of real estate success to work for them, too!
And further – I can be a resource ANYWHERE! Just in the last few months, I’ve helped connect folks with outstanding agents on the Cape, in Atlanta, GA and in the NH lakes region.
Thanks for letting me celebrate you! Being a REALTOR® is the best job on Earth, and I thank you again for trusting me with one of the most exciting “moves” of your lives.
